In short: AxisAI gives you market news, trends, audio briefs, and an AI reader for general information only. None of it is financial or investment advice, and AI-generated content and market data can be wrong, incomplete, or delayed, so check before you act. Use the AI reader lawfully and do not try to misuse or overload it. You can delete your account at any time, and we may suspend accounts that break these Terms. Hong Kong law governs these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AxisAI mobile application for iOS and Android, the website at https://axisai.so, and any related content, features, and services that link to or reference these Terms (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are operated by Axis Global Tech Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("Axis Global Tech," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at https://axisai.so/privacy), which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

1. Scope and Nature of the Services

The Services provide market news, summaries of news reports, explanations of financial terms, market trends and price data, audio briefs, and an AI reader ("Ask AxisAI") that answers questions about the news. The Services are provided solely for general informational and educational purposes.

The Services do not provide execution, brokerage, exchange, custody, wallet, payment, portfolio or fund management, investment advisory, legal, tax, or accounting services. The Services do not let you buy, sell, hold, or transfer any asset.

The Services link to and summarize third-party news reports and use third-party data ("Third-Party Services"). Third-Party Services are not part of the Services and are governed by their own terms. We do not control Third-Party Services and disclaim responsibility and liability for them.

2. Important Disclosures; No Advice; No Offers

No Financial Advice. Nothing in the Services constitutes or should be construed as financial, investment, legal, regulatory, accounting, or tax advice, or as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. The Services do not consider your personal financial situation, objectives, or needs. Consider consulting an independent professional before making any financial decision. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

No Offer or Solicitation. Content made available through the Services is not an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security, commodity, derivative, digital asset, or other financial product, and is not a recommendation or endorsement of any investment strategy.

Accuracy Not Guaranteed. The Services may contain errors, omissions, outdated information, or technical inaccuracies. You agree not to rely on the Services as the sole basis for any decision.

3. AI-Generated Content

3.1 How Content Is Produced

Articles, summaries, headlines, explainers, audio briefs, and Ask AxisAI's answers are generated by artificial intelligence models from published news reports, market data, and, for Ask AxisAI, your questions. AxisAI does not report the news itself. The App labels AI-generated text and audio.

3.2 Accuracy of AI Content

AI models can produce statements that are inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or not supported by their sources, and can misstate figures, dates, or names. A summary may omit context that the original report contains. Check important information against the original sources, which the App links where available, before you act on it.

3.3 Personalized Content

Your edition and some answers are personalized using your settings and activity, as described in the Privacy Policy. Personalization changes which stories you see and how they are worded. It does not make any content advice suited to your circumstances.

3.4 Your Questions and Answers

You are responsible for the questions you submit. You keep any rights you have in them. You grant Axis Global Tech a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit your questions, including to our AI model providers, to operate and improve the Services. You may use the answers you receive for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. Answers may be similar or identical to answers given to other users.

4. Market Data

Prices, charts, and market figures in the Services are provided by third-party data providers, including Twelve Data. Market data may be delayed, may be shown at intervals rather than in real time, and may differ from the prices available on any exchange or trading venue. Market data is provided for information only, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and must not be used as the basis for any trading decision.

5. Eligibility; Geographic and Sanctions Restrictions

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

You are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and in any event at least 18 years old.
You are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
You are not located in, organized under the laws of, or ordinarily resident in any jurisdiction where access to or use of the Services is unlawful.
You are not a resident, national, or agent of any country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes imposed by the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or other relevant authority (including, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, as such lists may change).
You are not identified on any sanctions or restricted party list maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department (OFAC), U.S. Commerce Department, U.S. Department of State, the United Nations, the United Kingdom, the European Union, or any other applicable authority.
You will not use the Services for any illegal, illicit, or prohibited activity (including fraud, market manipulation, or other financial crime).

We may restrict or block access to the Services in any jurisdiction at any time, in our sole discretion.

6. Accounts

6.1 Using AxisAI Without an Account

You can read the daily edition without an account, subject to a daily limit on full articles. Some features, including Ask AxisAI and saving articles and follows to your account, require an account.

6.2 Creating and Using an Account

You can sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, with Sign in with Apple, or with Google. You must use an email address and sign-in account that you control, and keep them secure. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account. Tell us promptly at contact@axisglobal.io if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

6.3 Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account at any time in the App (Profile, then Edit, then Delete account) or by emailing contact@axisglobal.io. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. The Privacy Policy and our account deletion page explain what is deleted and what is retained.

7. License; Acceptable Use

7.1 License

Subject to these Terms, Axis Global Tech grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

7.2 General Acceptable Use

You agree you will not, and will not attempt to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
Misuse the Services, attempt to compromise security, probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities, or bypass protective measures.
Use bots, scrapers, spiders, or automated means to access the Services or copy their content, except for standard search engine indexing of public pages.
Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or their infrastructure (including denial-of-service attacks).
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, except to the extent permitted by law.
Impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent affiliation, or provide false information.
Upload, transmit, or introduce malware, spyware, or other harmful code.
Collect or harvest information about other users.
Circumvent usage limits, geo-blocking, sanctions controls, or access restrictions (including via VPNs or similar tools).
Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, AI-content labels, or attributions.

7.3 Acceptable Use of Ask AxisAI

When you use Ask AxisAI, you also agree you will not:

Submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others.
Submit personal information about other people, or sensitive information about yourself (such as account numbers, passwords, or government identifiers), that is not needed for your question.
Attempt to make the AI reader ignore its instructions, reveal its instructions or other users' information, or produce content that these Terms prohibit.
Use answers to mislead others, including by presenting them as professional advice or as human-written reporting.
Use the Services, or their outputs, to develop or train a competing AI model or service.
Send requests at a volume intended to exceed or evade usage limits.

We apply usage limits to Ask AxisAI and may refuse, limit, or stop answering requests that break these Terms.

We may investigate violations and may cooperate with law enforcement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials in the Services (including text, designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, icons, images, audio, software, and layouts) are owned by Axis Global Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. News reports summarized in the Services remain the property of their publishers, and market data remains the property of its providers.

You may view, listen to, and share links to content only as necessary for permitted use under these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, publish, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by law.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

Links to Third-Party Services, including original news reports, are provided for convenience only. Axis Global Tech does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for Third-Party Services, including their content, availability, security, accuracy, or terms.

Your use of Third-Party Services is at your own risk. Axis Global Tech disclaims all liability for losses arising from your use of any Third-Party Services.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, which providers process it (including our AI model providers), and how you can delete your account.

Key principles include:

Collecting information reasonably necessary to operate, personalize, and improve the Services.
Never selling your personal data to third parties.
Using commercially reasonable safeguards (including encryption in transit) to protect information.

You acknowledge that no security measure is perfect and that communications and data may be intercepted or compromised.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL AI-GENERATED CONTENT AND MARKET DATA, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIS GLOBAL TECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT.

Financial markets involve substantial risk, including volatility and the loss of some or all of the money you invest. Any decision you make after using the Services is made at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIS GLOBAL TECH AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR FOR ANY TRADING OR INVESTMENT LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT OR MARKET DATA, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AXIS GLOBAL TECH'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED US $1,000 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AXIS GLOBAL TECH (IF ANY) FOR ACCESS TO THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axis Global Tech and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Services; (b) content you submit, including questions to Ask AxisAI; (c) your violation of these Terms; (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party; or (e) any misuse of the Services by anyone using your devices or credentials.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may, in our sole discretion and without notice, suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services or your account at any time, including for suspected violation of these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Services or other users.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may delete your account as described in Section 6.3.

Upon termination, the license granted to you ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive.

15. Changes to the Services and These Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice, including features, usage limits, content sources, and AI model providers.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the updated version and revising the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

17. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver; Jury Trial Waiver

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS.

Binding Individual Arbitration. Except for the limited exception described in "Injunctive Relief" below, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court.

Administrator; Rules; Seat. The arbitration will be administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its applicable rules, conducted in English, before one arbitrator. The seat (legal place) of arbitration is Hong Kong.

No Class Actions. You and Axis Global Tech agree that disputes will be brought only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Jury Trial Waiver. If a dispute is heard in court for any reason, you and Axis Global Tech waive any right to a jury trial to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Injunctive Relief Exception. Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of its intellectual property rights.

18. General Terms

Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Axis Global Tech regarding the Services.
App Stores. If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the Services.
Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
No Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to an affiliate or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
